Use of Services

You agree to use The Training Ground’s website and services for lawful purposes only. You must not use our site or services to engage in any activity that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise disruptive.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through our official booking system or designated contact channels. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received.

Prices may vary depending on the service. All charges are clearly listed before purchase and include any applicable taxes.

3. Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our operations. Our refund policy is as follows:

Camp Bookings

• If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made 5 or more days before the camp start date are eligible for a refund minus a £10 booking fee.

• Cancellations made within 5 days of the start of camp are non-refundable, as planning, staffing, and spaces are already confirmed.

• If your child is unable to attend due to illness or injury, please contact us. We will do our best to help, which may include offering a partial refund or credit toward a future camp, at our discretion.
